- 3 to 4 oz silver tequila

Instructions
Make Simple Syrup:
- Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
- Let it cool.
Prepare the Glasses:
- Sprinkle chili lime seasoning on a plate.
- Rub the rims of 2 glasses with a lime wedge.
- Dip the rims into the chili powder.
- Add ice to the glasses and set them aside.
Mix the Cocktail:
- In a shaker or a tall glass, mix tamarind paste, tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake or stir the mixture.
