Description

Discover the McDonald’s Pancake Recipe magic! Fluffy, golden delights perfect for a hearty breakfast. Try and taste the difference!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients by gently stirring by hand until just blended. Avoid overmixing the pancake batter.
  2. Preheat a griddle, cast iron skillet, or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease it with non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
  3. Pour the batter onto the heated pan in approximately 1/4 cup portions.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until you see small bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  5. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate. Continue this process until all the batter is used.
  6. Serve the pancakes while they’re warm and top them with your favorite pancake toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftover Pancakes: These pancakes store well. You can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days or freeze them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in a toaster or microwave for quick and delicious breakfasts.

  • Toppings: Get creative with your pancake toppings! Try classic options like maple syrup, butter, fresh berries, or whipped cream. Or experiment with your favorite choices like chocolate chips, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of honey.

  • Avoid Overmixing: Be mindful not to overmix the pancake batter. Overmixing can lead to tough pancakes. Stir until the ingredients are just combined for the fluffiest results.
