Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients by gently stirring by hand until just blended. Avoid overmixing the pancake batter.
- Preheat a griddle, cast iron skillet, or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease it with non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

- Serve the pancakes while they’re warm and top them with your favorite pancake toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
-
Leftover Pancakes: These pancakes store well. You can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days or freeze them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in a toaster or microwave for quick and delicious breakfasts.
-
Toppings: Get creative with your pancake toppings! Try classic options like maple syrup, butter, fresh berries, or whipped cream. Or experiment with your favorite choices like chocolate chips, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of honey.
-
Avoid Overmixing: Be mindful not to overmix the pancake batter. Overmixing can lead to tough pancakes. Stir until the ingredients are just combined for the fluffiest results.
