Instructions

Basil Aioli:

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Add freshly grated or microplaned garlic to the mixture.
  3. Stir in the chopped fresh basil (about 5 basil leaves).
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the basil aioli until you’re ready to use it.

Balsamic Dressing:

Sandwich:
